Legal Fees for Estate Planning
Quality professional services are expensive. Our legal fees are a reflection of our experience as well as the level of difficulty of your case. We provide most of our estate planning services on a flat fee basis. A good estate plan begins with a thorough evaluation of your financial and family circumstances. Depending on the size of the estate and complexity of the circumstances, our legal fees can range from $800 to $5,000.
Legal Fees for Probate Services
Probate is a very complex and time consuming process. Our legal fees for probate services are assessed as a percentage of the overall value of the estate. Depending on the complexity of the case, we charge between 2% and 7% of the overall value of the estate for a probate case.
Legal Fees for Other Services
Most other services are provided on a flat fee basis. Please contact us to get a quote for your specific case. For cases that are not handled on a flat fee basis we charge $175 per hour for attorney time and $75 per hour for paralegal time.
