Over the course of the representation, a typical waiver case without complications takes around 35 attorney hours and 25 paralegal hours, though individual cases vary in the time requirement. Combining these approximations with our desire to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, we arrived at our $5,000 flat fee for an uncomplicated waiver case. Complications, such as criminal history, misrepresentations, or a prior denied asylum claim can substantially increase the cost.

Most immigration cases are handled on a flat fee basis. Please contact us to get a quote for your specific case. Complications, such as criminal history will make most cases more difficult, and therefore more expensive.
