Every offer in compromise takes careful planning and detailed consideration. Over the course of the representation, a typical offer in compromise takes around 15 attorney hours and 5 paralegal hours, though individual cases vary in the time requirement. Combining these approximations with our desire to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, we arrived at our $2,500 flat fee for an offer in compromise.
Legal Fees to Negotiate Other Payment Options
To negotiate payment options with the IRS, such as an installment agreement (guaranteed, streamlined, or non-streamlined), Currently Not Collectible status, or a partial installment agreement, we charge a flat fee of $750.
Individual Tax Returns: $400+ (depending on the complexity)
Business Tax Returns: $750+ (depending on the complexity)
